Cody Michael Fisher

Cody Michael Fisher, age 27 of Dacula, GA died suddenly on Sunday, October 2, 2016. Funeral service will be held Friday, October 7, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with military honors. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 5 – 8 PM at the funeral home. Cody is survived by his mother, Lisa Fisher, Dacula, GA; brothers, Casey Fisher and Corey Fisher, Dacula, GA; half brother and sister, Chris Lagan and Catherine Lagan, Cumming, GA; aunts and uncle, Donna and Tony Childers, Buford, GA, Debbie and Randy Lett, AL, Mike and Lisa Aldridge, Dahlonega, GA; cousins, Bonnie Childers, Catherine Childers, Josh Lett, Justin Lett, Keith Aldridge and Brett Aldridge. Cody was born at Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur, GA and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps where he was an Aircraft Ordnance Technician. He served in the Afghanistan Campaign and the Global War on Terrorism. He had earned his 2^nd Degree Black Belt and was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
