Clifford Neal Puckett

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Clifford Neal Puckett, age 60, of Winder, who passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016. Mr. Puckett was born in Duluth, Georgia, a son to the late J.N. and Mary Elizabeth Longino Puckett. Mr. Puckett was a member of the Winder Masonic Lodge #333, where he was a Past Master and held other various positions. Mr. Puckett was retired from the Dekalb County Water Department where he was a surveyor. In addition to his parents, Mr. Puckett was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Puckett.

Survivors include his wife Susan Margaret Oliver Puckett of Winder; son and daughter in law, Brandon and Cassie Puckett of Dahlonega; grandchildren, Lilah and Judah Puckett, Alyssa Sue Cole, Sincere and Trayvon Breon; sisters, Annie Ruth Reeves of Monroe, Allene P. Whaley of Nicholson, Linda P. Sullivan of Jefferson; brother, Bobby Gray, of Vero Beach, FL, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with members of the Winder Masonic Lodge officiating. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 - 2 PM, prior to the service, at Evans Funeral Home.
