William E. Hood, age 76, of  Monroe passed away Friday, September 23, 2016. Memorial services will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, October 1, 2016 at  Dacula First Baptist Church, 2534 Winder Hwy, Dacula, GA, 30019 with Pastor Mark Chandler officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org.
