Mattie Pearl Caeser Maddox Lott

Mrs. Mattie Pearl Caeser Maddox Lott was born October 20, 1930 to Mr. Gus and Mrs. Zella Caeser in Bullock County, Georgia. At an early age, she joined New Baptist Church where, she served on the Usher Board for many years until her health issues would no longer allow. She worked at Conagra as an inspector for many years.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Mr. Harold Maddox and Mr. Lendell Lott; son Robert Harold Maddox, sister: Queen Phillips, Vallerie’ Caeser, Daisy Bell Anthony, and Mattie Jane Chavers, brothers: John Caeser, Gus  Caeser, and Willie Lee Caeser.

She leaves to cherish her memories one sister Carol Caesar of Virginia, daughter Mattie (John) Harris, sons: Allen (Diane) Maddox, Donald (Sherry) Maddox, Willie (Lisa) Maddox, Tim (Barbara) Maddox, Terry (Landa) Maddox, Paul Maddox, and Rev. Calvin Maddox, seven step-children, forty-seven grandchildren, seventy-three great grandchildren, sixteen great great grandchildren, all of Gainesville, and a host of nieces and nephews

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at New Salem Baptist Church in Jefferson, Ga. at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home from 6:00 PM - 8:00PM.  Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.
