Luis Essai Salazar

Luis Essai Salazar, age 21, of Gainesville, GA passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 following an accident.

Luis worked at Home Depot and Diamond Car Wash part time while he attended the University of North Georgia’s program for electrical engineering. He loved to play soccer, and would never give up. He liked to run, write music and sing. Luis was a member of Lifepoint Assembly of God Church in Gainesville, GA where he attended the youth ministry. He always had a desire to be closer to God.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Luis and Maria Salazar, of Gainesville Ga; mother Claudia Martinez; brothers, Luis Angel, Roel Martinez; sister, Caroline Salazar; brother, David Frazier; girlfriend, Erica Torres; aunts, Irma Salazar, Julieta Salazar, Rosalinda Salazar, Isabel Salazar, and Flor Salazar. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.

The family will receive friends for a viewing at Lifepoint Assembly of God Church, 1537 Pine Valley Rd. Gainesville, GA from 6 PM until 8 PM on Friday, September 23, 2016.

A Celebration of Life and Prayer Service for Luis will be held from 8 PM until 12 Midnight Friday, September 23, 2016 at the church.

A Funeral Service is also scheduled for 10 AM Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Lifepoint Assembly of God.
