Jackie Lamar Adams

Jackie Lamar Adams, 62, of Murrayville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2016 at Emory Hospital.

Born October 25, 1953 in Gainsville he was the son of the late David Adams and Maudell Smallwood Adams.

Jackie was a member of the Wahoo Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, David  Adams and a brother Johnny Adams.

Survived by his mother Maudell Adams of Murrayville, two brothers Jarvis Adams of Sautee and Jerry Adams of Tinga, TN.

Services will be Friday,  Sept. 23, 2016 at 3 p.m. at the Wahoo Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Wheeler and Rev. Ken Anderson officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Family will receive friends from noon until 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy can be made to the United Community Bank in Jackie’s name.
