Terry Jerome (T.J.) Maddox, Jr.

Mr. Terry Jerome (T.J.) Maddox Jr. passed away on Saturday September 10, 2016 following a sudden illness.         

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday September 17, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. Reverend Anthony Brown will officiate.   

Mr. Maddox was born on April 24, 1986 in Gainesville, Georgia to Terry Maddox Sr. and Landa Nicely Maddox. He worked for Fithco Security and was a member of Gethsemane FBH.        

He is survived by his father, Terry Maddox Sr. of Gainesville, mother, Landa Nicely Maddox of Gainesville, son, Terry Maddox of Gainesville, 7 daughters, Jamiah Thomas, Shydrea Maddox, Tahnyla Maddox, Destiny Maddox, Jasmine Maddox, Talyn Tukes, and Taliyah Tukes all of Gainesville, fiancé, Jasmine Stephens, 3 sisters, Lashasta Maddox of Gainesville, Tan Phillips of Atlanta and Ashley Richardson of Gainesville, and 3 brothers, Quenton Nicely of Atlanta, Cedrick Nicely of Gainesville and Orlando Maddox of Gainesville. 

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA  30504 is in charge of arrangements.
