Kathy Sharon Baker

 Ms. Kathy Sharon Baker, age 56 of Gainesville, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

            Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

            Ms. Baker was born November 7, 1959 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Buddy Shubert and Shirley Hicks Davis.  She was employed with Waffle House and was of the Baptist Faith. 

            Ms. Baker is survived by her sons, Shannon Kendall of Gainesville and Shawn Baker of Dawsonville, her daughter, Chasity Mandel of Flowery Branch and her brothers, Roger Shubert and Jeffery Manley, both of Gainesville.
