Elizabeth "Beth" Brooks Bagwell

Elizabeth "Beth" Brooks Bagwell, age 93 of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Beth was a long time member at Brookwood Baptist Church. She was a born again Christian, loved Jesus and the Church as an entire body. Beth was a devoted and faithful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved the peacefulness of the beach and excelled in shell craft and the education of young children. At 93, she was a master of various games on her I Pad. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Winton Bagwell; parents, Haynie and Lethia Brooks; brothers and sister, Haynie Brooks Jr., Leon Brooks, Joyce Summers.

Survivors include her children, Carole and Howard Clayton of Cumming, Ronnie and Merry Bagwell of Winder, Jan and  Larry Garner of Loganville; 6 grandchildren and spouses; 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10^th at 11:00 am at Brookwood Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Huskins officiating. Interment will follow in Brookwood Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and at Brookwood Baptist Church on Saturday from 10:00 am until hour of the service.
