Mrs. Allie Seagraves Farmer, age 92, of Nicholson, GA died Sunday, September 4, 2016 at University Hospital in Augusta. Mrs. Farmer was born in Nicholson to the late Birdie and Mary Ann Strickland Seagraves. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Farmer was preceded in death by her husband, Arnell Farmer.
Mrs. Farmer is survived by her daughter, Gayle Lemke (Jimmy) of Augusta; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Friday, September 9 at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 to 2 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to New Harmony Baptist Church, 8816 Hwy 334, Nicholson, GA 30565.
