Carter Riggs Manning, 65, of Sandy Springs, GA died on September 2, 2016 at Emory St. Joseph Hospital. Born in Affton, MO she was the daughter of the late Milford and Pickett Riggs.
Carter is survived by her son, M. Alex Keller of Hornbrook, CA and brother, Ted Riggs of Georgia.
