arold Levi Chambers age 17 of Commerce passed away Friday Sept. 2, 2016 at the Northridge medical Center.
Mr. Chambers was born November 4, 1998 to Harold Lee Chambers & Michelle Martin Chambers. He was a student at Banks County High School.
Survivors include other than his parents, grandparents, Harold & Beverly Chambers, Commerce & Linda Tompkins of Athens, brother Kevin Emory Hooper of Homer, & sister, Kimberly Diane Gossitt of Pendergrass.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Saturday & again from 2-3 Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday Sept. 4, 2016 at the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel.
