Rodney Glenn Crane

Mr. Rodney Glenn Crane, age 46, of Flowery Branch passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 21, 2016 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  Rev. Phil Carpenter will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Crane was born May 10, 1970 to Inez Ella Crane and the late Curtis John Crane in Gainesville.  He was of the Baptist Faith and had previously worked as an Electrician for Porter Electric.  He loved his family, the outdoors, and his trucks and enjoyed all his friends.   Mr. Crane was preceded in death by his father, Curtis John Crane; sister, Jenny Couch; and nephew, Wayne Couch.

Mr. Crane is survived by his son, Tyler Crane of Flowery Branch; mother, Inez Crane of Flowery Branch; brother, Rick Crane of Flowery Branch; sister & brother-in-law, Judy & Mike Sewell of Gainesville; brother-in-law, Ronnie Couch of Young Harris; and nieces, DeAnna (Daniel) Browne and Angela (Eddie) Gallagher.  Also surviving is Tyler’s mother, Tina Martin of Flowery Branch.
