Lonie Cruce Pressley, age 85 of Commerce, GA passed away Monday August 15, 2016.
Mrs. Pressley was the daughter of the late Alvin and Gaynelle Shelton Cruce and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Johnny and Allen Pressley, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Survivors include 5 sons, Tommy Pressley, Gillsville, Tony Pressley, Maysville, Dale Pressley, Toccoa, Ronnie Pressley, Cornelia, Roy Pressley, Jefferson; 2 daughters, Melinda Ray, Hoschton, Patricia Snead, Maysville; brother, Jesse Cruce, Maysville; sister, Dora Griffin, Jefferson; 27 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:30 pm Thursday August 18, 2016 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-8 pm Wednesday August 17, 2016 at the funeral home.
