Joe Louis Wadford, Jr

Joe Louis Wadford, Jr., age 41, of Braselton passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016.  Louis was an employee for Van Kirk Electric in Winder.  He was a certified commercial diver, a certified master diver and a volunteer diver at the Georgia Aquarium. Louis was a loving son, father, and husband.  He loved his family dearly. He served in the United States Army.  Survivors include his wife Amanda "Amy" Wadford; mother Belinda Guerrero of SC; father and mother-in-law Dennis and Peggy Collins of Braselton; sons Dennis Webb "Buddy" Wadford of Braselton and David "Michael" Chapman of NB; daughter Zoey Paige Wadford of Braselton; brother-in-law Stephen Collins of Gainesville; sisters Wendy Anne Cook and husband Todd of SC, Deena Katherine Gamble and husband Matthew of SC, Linda Jo Branton of NC; grandchildren Jasper, Galaxy, Castiel and a host of other relatives.  Memorial Services with military honors will be held 6:00 pm Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel, 4532 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA, 30548, www.lawsonfuneralhome.org, 706-654-0966.
