Mr. Ajay P. Patel, 56 of Gainesville (Forsyth County) died Sunday July 31, 2016 at Northside Forsyth Hospital.

Survivors include his mother, Kamu Patel; brother and sister-in-law, Mayur and Sharmi Patel; sister-in-law, Shilpa Patel; nephew, Darpan Patel; nieces, Bianca Patel, Melisa Patel, Karisa Patel, nephews, Shaan Patel, Jesal Patel, Rahul Patel, Rishi Patel.

Mr. Patel in preceded in death by his father, Pravinkant Patel and a brother, Sanjay Patel.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Cremation to follow.
