William Lloyd Sutton

Mr. William Lloyd Sutton age 69 of Gainesville passed away on Thursday July 21, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday July 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Dennis Turner will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday July 22, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.        

Mr. Sutton was born on November 24, 1946 in Atlanta, Ga to the late William Sutton and Mary Sutton. He worked at Wrigley’s as an IT manager and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Gainesville, Ga. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Hooper Sutton of Gainesville, son, Stephen Sutton of Atlanta, mother-in-law, Gloria Hooper of Cleveland, brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Trish Sutton of Las Vegas, Nevada, aunt and uncle, James and Latrell Turner of Cleveland and niece, Kristina Dobler of Reno, Nevada.
