James B. Armstrong

James B. Armstrong, a longtime resident of Cumming, GA, passed away peacefully at his nursing home in Fort Myers, Florida on Monday, July 18, 2016.

James was a 95 years old.  Born in Clarkston, GA on October 23, 1920.  He served his country in the U.S. Navy as a radio technician.  He retired from the Hover Corp. in 1995.  Later he worked for Cox Broadcasting Co. as a paper carrier.

James was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, in 1994.  He is survived by his son, David and Pam Armstrong; grandsons, David P. Armstrong and Chris Armstrong; stepson, Lloyd and Karen Howell.
