Don Kyle Burchett

Mr. Don Kyle Burchett, age 84, of Commerce died Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mr. Burchett was born in Middlesboro, KY to the late, James Tip and Eunice Hoskins Burchett.  Mr. Burchett retired from Blue Bell as an office manager, he was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, a US Air Force Veteran, and a lifelong Commerce Booster Club member.

Mr. Burchett is survived by his wife, Betty Lord Burchett of Commerce; sons, Keith Burchett (Lynn) and Kevin Burchett (Kristie) both of Commerce; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Burchett of Duluth; and sister, Elaine Vickery of Eatonton.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 16^th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Derry Oliver and Rev. Blake Carter officiating with the interment following at Jackson Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 5-8 PM.
