Connie Lee Smith, age 50 of Flowery Branch, passed away Saturday, July 09, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center - Braselton following an extended illness.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 2:00pm in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Joe Thomas will officiate.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her mother, Lee Clara Gunter Smith and Father, Dilmus Jolly Smith. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband Brian Smith of Flowery Branch; aunt Ruby Mauldin of Buford and Uncle Junior Gunter of Oakwood.
