Marlene E. Sanders

Marlene E. Sanders, age 73 of Sautee, passed away Friday, July 8, 2016. 

Mrs. Sanders was born October 4, 1942 in Miami, FL to the late Everett and Dorothy Carey. Marlene was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Edward J. Sanders Sr. and daughter Dawn Elizabeth Sanders. 

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie and Katie Sanders, Hiawassee; John and Lisa Sanders, Lakeland, FL; granddaughter, Sierra Mangual.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Danny Byers will officiate. Interment will follow at Nacoochee United Methodist Church Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends from 12-2 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
