Charles Randall “Randy” Haggard

Mr. Charles Randall “Randy” Haggard, age 65, of Colbert, GA died Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Northridge Medical Center.  Mr. Haggard was born in Commerce to the late Charles Worley and Betty Ann Evans Haggard.  He was a veteran of the United States Army and was self-employed as a brick mason.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Haggard was preceded in death by his son, Adam Haggard.

Mr. Haggard is survived by his wife, Melinda Boothe Hill of Colbert; daughter, Jessica Cape of Danielsville; sons, Clay Haggard of Danielsville and Cory Haggard of Colbert; sister, Cheryl Ayers of Danielsville; brothers, Keith Haggard and Terry Haggard both of Danielsville; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Saturday, July 9 at Redeemed Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Duncan and Rev. Wendell Hanley officiating.  Interment will follow in the Haggard Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday and Friday night from 6 to 8 PM.
