Lara Harris

Lara Harris age 81 of Gainesville, GA passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016 at northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Harris was born January 23, 1935 in Gainesville, GA to the late Roosevelt and Lena Butts Daniels.  She was married to Bobby Harris. She was a loving, caring wife, mother, and devoted member of St. Paul united Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Guy Daniels, Rudolph Daniels, her husband: Bobby Harris, and daughters: Mary Jane Harris and Betty Harris. 

Mrs. Harris leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Shirley Daniels of Gainesville, GA, her granddaughter Caroline Bryant (Jordon Sr.), her grandson Joseph Mahaffey, Anthony Harris, Dave, Phillip, Sam, Anthony D. Searcy, great grandchildren : Jordon Bryant Jr., Camille Bryant, Adrian Calvert, Kiana Bryant and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, other family and friends. 

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday. July 7, 2016 at St. Paul United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.  Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.
