Janet Wilson Massey

Mrs. Janet Wilson Massey, age 75 of 76 Shorewood Circle, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 at Tranquility of Kennesaw.

A daughter of the late Donald and Geraldine Lashich Wilson, she was born May 30, 1941 in Manistique, Michigan where she lived most of her life and in Toccoa since 1993.  She was a homemaker and was of the Catholic faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard A. Massey, Sr. and by a son, Jeffrey Massey.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Leonard Massey, Jr. and wife Judy of Fort Valley, Georgia; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Wilson of Michigan and Gary Wilson of Florida; two sisters, Carol Alexy and Debra Sebastion both of Indiana. 

Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 28, 2016, 11 O’clock AM at Toccoa City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10 O’clock AM until the service time.

Interment will be in the Toccoa City Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Janet Wilson Massey.
