A reception to celebrate the life of Delores Anita Canon, age 69, will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 11:00am at 356 Creekside Drive, Leesburg, Georgia. Ms. Canon passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016 after a brief illness at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. Born in Moultrie, Georgia, she was a graduate of Florida Presbyterian College and the University of North Florida, she recently retired as controller of MRS Homecare in Albany.
Although she was preceded in death by her parents, Miles L. & Doris L. Canon, her survivors include her sister, Janis Canon, her daughter, Mary Katherine Gordon (David), her son, David Lee Creamer, her grandson David Gordon, Jr, and her nephew, Cameron Heard (Kitty).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to IMPS, Inc. (Internet Min Pin Rescue Society), PO Box 176, Pinellas, Florida 33780 or minpinrescue.org.
