Mr. Rommie Franklin Phillips age 80 of 875 Buena Vista Drive, Eastanollee passed away Friday June 17, 2016 at Stephens County Hospital.
A son of the late Ira and Georgia Dover Phillips, he was born on March 5, 1936 in Stephens County, Georgia having lived all his life. He retired from Lawson Motor Company as a mechanic and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife Louise Stonecypher Phillips, a daughter Pam Phillips both of the home, two brothers and sister-in-law Eugene Phillips of Toccoa and Jimmy and Beverly Phillips of Sumter, South Carolina, two sisters and brother-in-law Faye McIntyre and Claudine and Leroy Jaynes of Toccoa.
Graveside services will be held Sunday June 19, 2016 at 2 P.M. at Stephens Memorial Gardens.
