Barbara Ann Snipes

Barbara Ann Snipes age 76 of Maysville passed away Friday June 17, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Snipes was born Sept. 18, 1939 in Duluth, Georgia to the late J.C. & Lois Haynes Martin. She worked at Blue Bell and attended Redeemed Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Snipes, sons, Randy & Ricky Snipes, brothers, Junior, Paul, & Bobbie Martin, and a sister, Linda Parson.

Survivors include, son & daughter in law, Ronny & Vickie Snipes of Commerce, sister, Martha Ginn of South Carolina, 5 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren, with special great granddaughter, Taylor Ann Nicole Tuck.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday June 21, 2016 at the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeryle Roach and Rev. Phil Parks officiating. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday June 20, 2016 from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. & 6:00- 8:00 p.m.
