Jeanne Wrenn Whitt

Jeanne Wrenn Whitt, 72, of Gainesville, GA died at her home on June 7, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Florida, she was the daughter of the late Dewitt and Ann Wrenn.  Her son, Robert Charles Martin II and sister, Shirley Mills also predeceased her.

Jeanne was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Terry Whitt of Gainesville, GA; sons, Kenny (Anita) Martin of Cumming, GA, Marty Martin of Enid, MS, Robert T. Whitt Jr. of Charlotte, NC and James Kenneth Whitt also of Charlotte, NC; sister, Pam (Stanley) Brooks of Sladen, MS; 8 much loved grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 12 at New Hope United Methodist Church.  The Rev. Frank Brock will officiate.  Interment will follow in the New Hope Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 11 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
