Landra LeBaron, 55, of Dawsonville passed away Wednesday June 1, 2016 at her residence following a period of declining health.
Born June 8, 1960 in Las Vegas, Nevada, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 30 years having moved from Dahlonega. Landra was a graduate of Lumpkin County High School. She formerly worked as the manager of the Loadstone Restaurant in Dahlonega after which she was employed by Torrington and then the Dawson County Child Development Center. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Dahlonega Ward, she was preceded in death by her father, Franklin Morris LeBaron.
Surviving are her mother, Leonora LeBaron, Dawsonville; sisters and brothers in law, Debbie LeBaron, Dawsonville, Michelle Panter, Dahlonega, Melinda and William Howington, Gainesville, Melissa and Shane Caldwell, Dahlonega, Nicole Bryant, Gainesville, Xarissa and Bob Bolz, Dawsonville, Julayne and Nathan Ingram, Dawsonville; brothers and sisters in law, Andy and Willa LeBaron, Utah, Brady and Dena LeBaron, Dawsonville, Frank and Mandi LeBaron, Dawsonville, Scott and Jill McCamey, Utah; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family.
Graveside services will be held Saturday June 4, 2016 at 11 o’clock at Dawsonville Memorial Gardens. Bishop Mike Wall and Bishop Eric Pennington will officiate.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 until 8 at the funeral home.
