William (Bill) McCauley Hawkes

Mr. William (Bill) McCauley Hawkes, age 76, of Hoschton passed away Monday, May 23, 2016, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Braselton.

Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2016, in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  Rev. Dr. Bob Perri will officiate.  The family will receive friends following the service at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Hawkes was born May 1, 1940, to the late James McCauley & Helen Cox Hawkes in Dubuque, Iowa.  He attended Prince of Peace Catholic Church and retired from I.L.S. Inc., where he was a Sales Manager.

Mr. Hawkes is survived by his wife, Jean Hawkes of Hoschton;  children, Demary (Grady) Burris of Austin, Texas, Lynn (Michael) Roth of Statesboro, Scott Michell of Dunwoody and Greg (Erica) Michell of Atlanta; 8 grandchildren; brother, Stephen (Judy) Hawkes of Eau Clair, Wisconsin; sister, Sandra (Charlie) Dunnweber of Chicago; and several nieces & nephews.
