William David Burson

Mr. William David Burson, age 54 of Gainesville, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at New Horizons Limestone Nursing Home following an extended illness.

Memorial services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Dr. Bill Coates will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 2 - 3 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mr. Burson was born December 16, 1961 in Santa Paula, California to the late Ralph Frederick Burson and Maxine Burson Carter.  He was employed with MarJac for a number of years and was a member of First Baptist Church.  William was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sharon Walker. 

Mr. Burson is survived by his step-mother, Peggy Burson and his brothers, Darrell Walker, Doug Walker and Greg Walker.
