Jane Kyle Oliver

         Mrs. Jane Kyle Oliver, 83, of Gainesville, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Father Thad Rudd will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 6 - 7 pm at the funeral home.

            Mrs. Oliver was born March 18, 1933 in Bastrop, Louisiana to the late Byron J. Kyle and Pearl Elizabeth Henson Kyle.  She retired from Dr. Robert Bruner’s office and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.  Jane was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Byron Kyle, Jr.

            Mrs. Oliver is survived by her husband, Hugh Oliver of Gainesville; daughter & son-in-law, Amy & Steve Barnes of Little Rock, Arkansas; her sons & daughters-in-law, Michael & Kim Oliver of Palm Harbor, Florida and Chris & Debbie Oliver of Gainesville; grandchildren, Clark Oliver of Athens, Georgia; Jackson & Elissa of Sandy Springs, Georgia; Sean Oliver of Denver, Colorado and Kyle Oliver of Athens, Georgia, and a great-granddaughter, Josephine Lear Oliver.
