Edna Mae Long Kimsey

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Edna Mae Long Kimsey, age 80 of Pendergrass, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, May 18, 2016.  Mrs. Kimsey was born in Crawford, Georgia a daughter of the late Tom Seeley and the late Hattie Long, was retired from Wayne Poultry and was a member of the Braselton Church of God.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kimsey is preceded by her husband William Kimsey.

Survivors include two sisters; Mae Allene Seeley of Commerce and Alice Collier of Braselton and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with burial to follow in Pond Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday May 20, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
