Charles Neal Robinson

Mr. Charles Neal Robinson, age 79 of 51 Robinson Way, Toccoa passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the home of his daughter.

A son of the late Cliff and Artie Smith Robinson, he was born March 5, 1937 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was retired from Toccoa Casket Company with 34 years of service and later with Bowen and Watson with 12 years of service.  He was a member of the Rock Quarry Congregational Holiness Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Spencer Robinson in 1994.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Mike Martin of Toccoa; son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Angela Robinson of Clarkesville, Georgia; grandchildren, Morgan Martin, Dustin Martin, Emily Robinson and Corey Robinson; brother and sister-in-law, R.C. and Vera Robinson of Toccoa; sister, Vinnie Bolmon of Toccoa; brothers-in-law, Jimmy (Sue) Spencer of Toccoa and Maxie Spencer of Lavonia, Georgia.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 20, 2016, 3 O’clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend John Umberhant officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Corey Robinson, Dustin Martin, Rex Robinson, Johnny Sayer, Tracy Morris and Justin Minchew.

The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Martin, 400 Abby Lane and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 PM until 8 PM and on Friday from 1 PM until the service time. Online condolences can be made at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Old Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Charles Neal Robinson.
