Aubrey Dean Helton

            Mr. Aubrey Dean Helton, age 66 of Oakwood, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness.

            Memorial services are scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. 

            Mr. Helton was born July 25, 1949 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Charlie C. Helton and Ethel Kanaday Helton.  He was retired from AT & T and was of the Pentecostal Faith.  Aubrey was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Dorothy Grizzle.

            Mr. Helton is survived by his sisters, Lilaree (Ernest) Moore of Oakwood, Edith Laws of Ft. Payne, Alabama, Evelyn Hulsey of Ft. Payne, Alabama and Wilma Toscano of Canton, Georgia and his brothers, Howard Helton of Tennessee and Lemuel Helton of Marietta, Georgia.
