Kathleen Timms Rogers

Kathleen Timms Rogers, born August 30, 1922, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Watson Rogers, her brother and sister-in-law Neal and Vera Timms, and her parents, Judge and Fanny Timms. She was a lifelong resident of the Cumming and Alpharetta areas. She was a member of New Harmony  Baptist Church and for many years was active in the Alpharetta Eastern Star.  Her favorite pastimes were working with her flowers, cooking for her family and watching the Braves.

She is survived by her two children and their spouses, Ronnie and Donna Rogers of Bethlehem, and Renee and Derrell Brooks of Dawsonville; her Grandchildren and spouses,  Derek and Kathy Brooks of Cumming, Dusty and Julie Brooks of Dawsonville, Crystal and Matt Ciccarone of Winder, and Kim and Greg Dejno of Bishop; her Great Grandchildren, Shiloh Brooks of Cumming, Bailey and William Brooks of Dawsonville, Cecila Ciccarone, Vinny Ciccarone both of Winder and Bryce Dejno of Bishop; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving friends and relatives. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 14^th at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Purcell officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Roswell.  The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 - 9:00 and Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
