Lillie Mae Furr

Obituary Date: Saturday, May 7, 2016

 Mrs. Lillie Mae Furr age 89 of Alto passed away on Saturday May 07, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday May 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Steve will officiate the service. The family will receive friends on Monday May 09, 2016 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.

            Mr. Furr was born on January 31, 1927 in Wetumpka, Alabama to the late Abb Wright and Anna Rose Thornton Wright.  She was a housekeeper for Holiday Inn and was of the Baptist Faith. She is precdeded in death by her parents, husband, Otis Furr, and son, Michael A. Kellum.

            She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Norris of Alto, special friend, Jerry Frazier of Alto, Son, Ernie Aldridge of Alto, son and daughter-in-law, David Aldridge (Jenny) of Farmerville, LA, daughter and son-in-law, Brenda Brown( Danny) of Toccoa, son and daughter-in-law, Ricky Aldridge (Carolyn) of Baldwin, daughter, Debra Hughes of Columbiana, AL, son and daughter-in-law, Gerald Aldridge (Judy) of Baldwin, son and daughter-in-law, Junior Aldridge (Debbie) of Downsville, LA, sister, Mary Dempk of Chicago Illinois, 31 grandchildren, and a numerous great-grandchildren.
