Kenneth Harrison

Kenneth Harrison Known to most as “Bonji” and to some family as granddaddy was born in Gainesville, GA to the late Bob and Elizabeth Harrison.  Kenny joined the Navy in February of 1969 and was honorably discharged in March 1971.  He also completed his GED High School Equivalency Test.  Mr. Harrison also worked for S.C.M in Flowery Branch. Kenny was very special with the gift of helping anyone who asks if he could it, he would.  He loved his grandkids and other kids that wasn’t related to him.  He had a loving and caring heart.  When he got out of service, he drove up in a green Torino to Atlanta Street and found his soul mate Dorothy Harrison, who he married and loved until her passing in September 20, 2012.  Mr. Harrison is serviced by his sisters and two brothers: Ms. Bobbie Harrison, Ms. Debra Gordon, Mrs. Vicky Sudden, Mr. Calvin Harrison, Anthony Harrison and a host of Children, step-children, nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at St. Paul United Methodist at 11:00 AM> Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.
