Marjorie Graves McDaniel, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away April 22, 2016 after an extended illness.
She was born April 30, 1937 in Flint Michigan and graduated from Grand Blac High School in 1955.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 27, at 11:00 a.m. at Little-Davenport Funeral Home on the Dawsonville Highway, Gainesville, with ministers Ron Cope and Bob Burt, both close friends, officiating. Burial will be in the McDaniel cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Marjorie worked several years at four different radio stations in Athens, GA before moving to Gainesville where she and her husband operated Beltone and Audibel Hearing Centers for over 38 years.
Marjorie, the daughter of the late Matt and Eloise Graves was married March 2, 1957 to Stanley McDaniel also from Flint, Michigan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Madeline Houpt.
Surviving are husband Stan, sons Barry A and wife Rhonda, Kerrey A and wife Martie, daughters Cheryl L Hughes and Terry L Smith, all of Georgia, thirteen beloved grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; brother Lon Graves and wife Judy of Gaines, Michigan, and several nieces and nephews.
