Thomas David Smith, age 69 of Cornelia, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016.

Funeral services are 2 pm Sunday, April 24, 2016, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart.  Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
