Jesse Robert Looney

Jesse Robert Looney, age 33, of Demorest, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. 

Mr. Looney was born February 3, 1983 in Anniston, AL. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Sybil Trotter and Grace May.

Mr. Looney is survived by his parents, Georgia Muse and Jerry Charles Looney, Sr.; his loving wife of six years, Danita Whitfield Looney of Demorest; sons, Peyton Gilliland and Jacob Evans, both of Demorest; sisters, Georgia Mae Hales of Blairsville, Sybil Elizabeth May of Alto, Rebecca Charlotte Looney of Grayson, LA; sister-in-law, Rhonda Whitfield; brothers, Chris Ivester of Mt. Airy, Jerry Looney, Jr. of Carnesville, Charles Looney of Demorest, William Looney of Demorest; granddaughters, Jamie Morrow of Salem, VA, Katlynn Gilliland of Demorest and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Reed London officiating. Interment will follow in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the funeral home.
