Mary Louise Head McNeal

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday April 18, 2016 at Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mary Louise Head McNeal, age 74, of Lula. The Dr. Mike Williams and Rev. Kevin Shockley will officiate. Interment will follow at Sugar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. McNeal passed away Saturday April 16, 2016 following an extended illness.

Mrs. McNeal was a native of Hall County. She had worked at the Citizens bank before becoming a homemaker. She was an active member of Grace Baptist Church and was a strong Christian. She was a precious and loving mother to her children and her life's work was to teach her children to love the Lord and each other. As we grieve our loss we take comfort knowing that she is beholding her savior, Jesus Christ and that she is reunited with her loved ones in the glories of Heaven. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Alton McNeal, parents, Walter Jackson Head and Henrietta Woodall Head.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Walter David and Leigh Ann McNeal, Lula, and daughter, Nancy Louise McNeal, Lula.
