Harold Edwin Thomason

Harold Edwin Thomason, 86, of Clermont Georgia passed away on April 9, 2016 at home surrounded by family.  A graveside service and interment of ashes will be held at the Thomason family cemetery on May 1, 2016 at 2:30 p.m.  Reverend Ken Franklin will officiate. 

Harold was born April 20, 1929, and lived his life in Clermont, Georgia.  He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.  He loved home and family, animals, children, gardening and overalls.

Harold is survived by his wife Barbara of 63 years, daughters Donna and Jo Thomason, sister Mary Seitz, granddaughter and grandson-in-law Kelly (Stowers) and Greg Sistrunk, beloved great-grandchildren Sophie Sistrunk and namesake Sawyer Edwin Sistrunk and loving family and friends.

A reception will follow the service at the home of Harold and Barbara Thomason.  Everyone is invited.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center in his memory.

Handicap parking is available at the cemetery.  Others may park at 5936 or 5985 Dahlonega Highway, Clermont, Georgia.
