Richard Dean Nash age 59 of Colbert passed away Friday April 8, 2016 at the Athens Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Nash was born in Athens on March 2, 1957 to the late William Harvey and Nellie Mae Taylor Nash. He worked as a truck driver with D & B Hauling. He was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Nash Edwards.
Survivors include, wife, Donna Nash of Colbert, son, Timothy Allen Nash of Colbert, daughters, Desiree Ross of Elberton, & Christina Willoughby of Colbert, brothers, Walter Nash of Colbert, Freddy Nash of Lexington, & Lloyd Nash of Danielsville, sister, Minnie Rose Nash of Missouri, 13 grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday April 11, 2016 at the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Athens.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the service time at the funeral home.
