Marlowe Davis Collins

            Mrs. Marlowe Davis Collins, age 84 of Oakwood, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Terry Walton will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

            Mrs. Collins was born January 30, 1932 in Toccoa, Georgia to the late Henry L. Davis and Mae Stowe Davis.  She was retired from Hall County School System and was of the Baptist Faith.  Marlowe was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ray Collins and her son, Todd Collins. 

            Mrs. Collins is survived by a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
