Florene Payne Allen

Florene Payne Allen age 79 of Murrayville, GA passed away on March 30, 2016 following an extended illness.  Mrs. Allen was born and raised in Murrayville, GA and was a member of Wauka Mountain Baptist Church.  She loved gardening and working in her yard.  Florene was a loving mother and wife and will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Allen is preceded in death by her parents Ara and Annie (Sullens) Payne and her twin sister Vonerine Payne Gilreath.

Mrs. Allen is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Denver Jack Allen of Murrayville, GA; daughter and son in law Vickie and Paul Stover of Murrayville, GA; brother Pete (Bernice) Payne of Murrayville, GA; and brother in law Roland Gilreath of Murrayville, GA.  Numerous nieces nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday April 2nd, 2016 at 1pm in the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Wauka Mountain Cemetery in Murrayville, GA.  Family will receive friends on Friday April 1st from 2pm until 5pm and from 6pm until 9pm and 11am to until service time on Saturday.
