Amber Nicole Roberts

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Miss Amber Nicole Roberts, age 25, of Commerce, Georgia who passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016.  Miss Roberts was born in Gainesville, Georgia, a daughter to Wayne Marvin Roberts Jr. and Dora Hagwood Roberts. Miss Roberts was employed at the Home Goods Distribution Center in Jefferson and was a member of the Pond Fork Baptist Church, and enjoyed singing and loved babies. Miss Roberts was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wayne Marvin Roberts Sr.

Survivors include parents, Wayne and Dora Hagwood Roberts Jr., of Commerce; sister, Alisha Massey and her husband Casey of Homer; grandparents, Becky Roberts of Commerce, Terry and Marie Hagwood of Maysville; boyfriend, Buddy Parker of Pendergrass and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also survive.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Pond Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Knight, Rev. Derrick Knight and Rev. Terry Hagwood officiating. The body will lie in state in the Pond Fork Baptist Church, on Monday, from 1:30 - 2:00pm. The burial will follow in the Pond Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 6 – 9 pm and on Sunday, March 27, 2016 from 5 – 8 pm at Evans Funeral Home.
