Loy Charles Collins, age 87 of Gainesville, Georgia died Thursday March 17, 2016 from an
extend illness.
Loy was born on December 13, 1928 to Loy V. and Annie Lou Bagwell Collins in Atlanta , Georgia.
Loy was married to Connie Andrews. Owned and operated a Gulf Station in Atlanta area until 1966
when they moved to Gainesville, GA.He served in the U.S. Navy and was a Master Mason in the
Lakewood Lodge in Lovejoy Ga. and a member of Autumn Hill Church.
Loy is preceded in death by his parents and two grandsons Blake and Lane Collins
He survived by his wife Connie Collins of Gainesville, Ga. Two Sons and daughters-in-law
Kerry and Jean Collins of Clermont, Ga. and Mark and Chris Collins of Gainesville, Ga.
Two grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Saturday March 19, 2016 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel.
Interment will be in Alta Vista Cemetery. Rev Johan Joubert will officiate.
