Hazel Ann Delong

Funeral services are scheduled for, Hazel Ann Delong age 79 of Clermont, Ga. services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday March 9, 2016  in Concord Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday March 8,  2016  from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. The Rev. Levi Skipper will officiate. Hazel was a member of Concord Baptist Church, she was manager of North Hall Hardware, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Hazel died March 7, 2016 at Grady Hospital after a short illness. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Delong, her sons, Chris Delong, James Delong and her sister, Sally Usher. She was preceded in death by  her granddaughter infant Anna Grace Delong. It is requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Chattahoochee Christian School  at Concord Baptist Church.   Strickland Funeral Home, Clermont.
