Miles Leon Roberts

Miles Leon Roberts, age 66, of Cumming passed away Monday, February 29, 2016.  Miles was a true country entertainment man - outgoing and funny.  He was loved by his family and friends.  Miles’ generosity to all was truly genuine.  Miles retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation after 35 years of service.  

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Rachel Dishroom Roberts of Cumming; daughter, Pamela Louise (James) Eden of Auburn, GA; son, Marcus Leon (Crystal) Roberts of Cumming; grandchildren, Katie Adams, Brandon, Alexandria and Tyler Roberts, James Eden, Jr., McKenzie and Patrick Sullivan; a number of beloved brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 4, at 1:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Rollins officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
